1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at

2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on: Custom or personalized products Perishable goods (e.g., certain seeds or plants) Items on clearance or marked as “final sale”
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Damaged or Defective
Items If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at
jelizavetaalberta4@outlook.comwith photos and a description of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
